Our Support


The support you receive from us is for the lifetime of your mini lop. Our support starts with the first contact we receive from you. Via phone calls, as we believe our mini lops (your new pet) should only be discussed in person. NOT by email. As this helps us understand and help you a lot further, choosing one of our mini lops. Any questions you may need to ask us are answered there and then. This also helps us to gain a better understanding of the colour and gender that you are after. 

On the purchase day of your new family member, we will discuss all care that is going to be required and also a health check is demonstrated. These areas are also discussed and explained:

Once a bunny leaves our care we are here for lifetime support. With all questions that you may need help with, for example:
